The Process

STEP

1

DOUGH DILIGENCE

• Review the basics about Wetzel's Pretzels franchising.

• Think about your why and how.

• Complete and submit our Inquiry Form and a Franchise Development Team Member will be in touch.

STEP 

2

APPLY & QUALIFY

• Submit your application; the Development Team will schedule a phone interview to further explore opportunities and requirements.

• If pre-qualified, we will send you our Franchise Disclosure Document and ask that you submit your business plan and background verification.

APPROVE & MOVE

• If green lit, it’s time to meet in person.

• Schedule a Discovery Day at our Corporate Office to discuss your detailed business plan.

• With the aid of our Real Estate Department, select the ideal location for your new Wetzel’s Pretzels bakery.

4

TRAINING & SUPPORT

• We have negotiated Nationwide product and supply contracts and have a network of food service distributors to reach you anywhere.

• It’s a simple business model – we keep training simple & fun. Spend one week at our Corporate Headquarters learning the business in our LEAD award winning training program, and one week in the store…where the real action happens!

BUILD & LAUNCH

• Our Construction Team will guide you through the building process and a Field Business Manager will be on site to support you during the pre-opening days.

• At long last, it's time to make some delicious pretzels and make your mark. Grand opening awaits!
